SC 540-00 là lỗi gì ?

Nguyên nhân:

  • Sao khi bật máy được 2s thì Fusing/paper Motor Exit không dò được tín hiệu.
  • Fusing/paper Motor Exit nặng tải.
  • Fusing/paper Motor Exit không có kết nối.

Khắc Phục:

  • Thay thế Fusing/paper Motor Exit.
  • Kiểm tra kết nối xem có đứt dây không.
  • Thay thế IOB.

SC SC396-01 là lỗi gì? 

Lỗi này báo lỗi về motor Drum + motor mực thải.
Nguyên Nhân:

  • Sau khi máy bật lên được 2s thì tín hiệu Motor drum bị khóa không thể hoạt động bình thường được.
  • Motor không có kết nối.
  • IOB bị lỗi.

  • Mô-men xoắn PCU tăng lên.

Khắc Phục:

  • Kiểm tra motor có quay được không.
  • Kiểm tra cụm Drum + Hộp mực tải có nặng tải hay bị cứng không.
  • kiểm tra kết motor với bị dứt dây không.
  • Thay thế BCU.
  • Thay thế IOB.

 Replace the drum/waste toner motor.
 Replace the PCU.
 Replace the IOB.

SC324-01 là lỗi gì? 

Lỗi này liên quan đến motor hộp từ (Development Motor:).

Nguyên nhân:

  • Sau khi máy được mở lên được 2s motor từ không thể hoạt động bình thường.
  • Hộp từ bị nặng tải hoặc bể nhông.
  • Dây motor bị đứt.
  • IOB bị lỗi.

  • Mômen đơn vị tăng lên.

Khắc phục:

  • Kiểm tra hộp từ xem có bị bể nhông hay bị nặng tải hay không.
  • Thay thế hộp từ khác.
  • Thay thế motor từ.
  • Thay thế IOB.
